TWELVE CCTV RECORDING CAMERAS

At the latest count, there are now TWELVE CCTV cameras operated by the neighbour at flat 15C to spy on and disprupt our lives. Whenever we go outside, so does the neighbour, with little else to do in retirement except attempt to dominate a shared space.
Equal free and complete access to all the land surrounding the four flats is written into each of the leases. However, one leaseholder pretends ownership of the land on three sides of his ground floor flat, using the cameras, blockades and threats to enforce this absurd claim.
Obviously, the cameras and the recordings made from them are a gross intrusion into the privacy of the occupants of the other three leasehold flats. It even deters visitors and tradespersons from venturing onto the property.
