Double Assault Behind the Four Flats

This shows the second of two assaults on Barry in rapid succession in April 2020, at the height of the pandemic. Margaret, who came out on hearing the commotion, is seen pointing and shouting about the strict six foot rule. This was completely ignored, as Barry was grabbed by his shoulders for the secnd time with the neighbour's spluttering face pushed into his. All this accompanied by obscene threatening language. The police case number is 0508.

How the neighbour more fully blocked access to half the ground behind the flats, as well as the key entry and exit point. He used his car, his UU work van and potted plants, as well as his own aggressive and threatening behaviour, to dominate the communal space. Sometimes unwashed
